Brownsteine L.L.C. is a New York based private equity firm founded in 2019 that invests exclusively in companies that support the consuming products and premium services, primarily fashion, media, transportation, manufacturing, food, beverage technology-enabled solutions and software, to commercial customers worldwide.

The firm's first fund closed in 2020. They closed an eighth flagship fund in 2022; in all, Brownstiene has approximately $745 Million of assets under management. Brownstiene is led by Litho Nericcio, the firm's Chief Executive Officer and founder.

Brownsteine is based in New York, with offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Berlin, Milano, Shanghai, Dubai and London.
